Neighbors Helping Neighbors, needs your help in collecting non-perishable donations.
Easterseals Rehabilitation Center at 1305 National Rd., Wheeling is now a public collection site for the Neighbors Helping Neighbors Annual Food Drive. The collection box is located in their vestibule and non-perishable items can be dropped off during business hours.
Also new for 2022, Kalkreuth Roofing and Sheet Metal and their sister group, National Women in Roofing, are collecting for the drive. Donations can be dropped off during business hours at either of their locations at 53-14th Street, Ste. 100, Wheeling or 105 Kaley Drive at the Highlands.
Other public collection sites include the Ohio County Public Library. Non-perishable food donations can be dropped off at either entrance. Monetary donations can be dropped off at the circulation desk.
The Wheeling Professional Firefighters Local 12 is collecting non-perishable foods from 8:00 a.m. – 8:00 p.m. daily at all city fire stations.
The Silver Rail Bar and Grill at 222-29th Street, Wheeling is collecting food during business hours.
Until November 30th, Riesbeck’s Elm Grove will have pre-packaged, pre-priced bags for sale in-store on a special display. Bags can be purchased and left with the cashier.
The Neighbors Helping Neighbors Annual Food Drive continues until November 30th. Individual contributions can be dropped off at a collection site or pick up can be arranged
