Michigan Lottery Club Wins $1.8M After Playing 20 Years

After playing together for nearly 20 years, a group of five co-workers win $1.85-million in the Michigan Lottery. They call their group the Lunch Bunch Lottery club and the members take turns buying a ticket each week. A ticket that they picked up for the June 18th drawing of Michigan Lottery’s twice weekly Lotto 47 game ended being a winner.

The Lunch Bunch headed to Michigan Lottery headquarters to claim their prize. They chose the one-time payment option and took home about $1.2-million before taxes. “We are still in shock!” one club member says. “Winning is life-changing for all of us.”
