A South Carolina man is being praised for going out of his way to return a nurse’s lost wallet. Terence Sessions was gassing up his car with his young daughter when he noticed a wallet in the middle of the road. The single dad ran out into the road and picked up the wallet.
Terence could have left the wallet in the road or kept it or even turned it in to the clerk at the gas station, but instead he took the opportunity to teach his daughter a valuable lesson. He opened the wallet and found the owner’s address and then they took a drive to return the wallet in person.
The wallet’s owner, who says she’s a nurse in Carolina Forest, posted a video captured by her doorbell camera on social media of the good Samaritan at her door returning the wallet. The post has been viewed thousands of times and Terence has been surprised by the amount of positive feedback the story has gotten. Afterall, he was just doing what he thought was right and says, “It’s always good to teach my daughter to do the right thing.”
