Pregnant Woman Rescued From Burning Car By Husband

A young pregnant woman was rescued from a fiery wreck by her husband. Nautica Hall, 19, is 32 weeks pregnant and was driving in Trinity, North Carolina, when she lost control of the car, crashed into a ditch and the car rolled over.

Luckily, her husband, Shawn, was driving ahead of her and saw the accident in his mirror. He rushed to Nautica’s car and was able to pull her out just in the nick of time before the car was engulfed in flames. She doesn’t remember the crash and was only concerned about her unborn son, but he was okay. And she managed to escape the wreck with minor injuries, some pain and a seatbelt burn mark on her neck.

“If it wasn’t for Shawn being there, my son and I wouldn’t be here,” Nautica says. “We’d be gone.” Now the couple is counting their blessings and thankful their son, who will arrive in about six weeks, is doing fine.
