A Massachusetts cop’s kindness and generosity helped make a boy’s seventh birthday more special. Carver St. Pierre didn’t get to celebrate his last birthday because of COVID, so Hopkinton Police officer Rob Ekross wanted to make it up to him.
He went above and beyond to take care of the kid, who hopes to be an officer one day. “Ekross, on his own, purchased a couple of gifts for this future police officer and delivered them on his birthday,” the department writes in a Facebook post.
The Hopkinton Police Department wished Carver a happy birthday and told him they’re looking forward to serving with him on the force in 2035.
